Calchem H.I.T. System To Substitute Film Lamination
You can achieve a perfect lamination look alike appearance with its ultra high gloss and smoothness with our H.I.T. system. This is expected after a super clean separation between our calendering film and the radiation cured varnish.
This is an environmentally compliant and economic version to substitute the traditional film lamination process. There is no film deposit or adhesive involved in this process.
Simply replace our traditional holographic transfer film for a plain film and adjust out technology to achieve ultra high gloss and scuff resistance finish, without holograms.
